As a intern in Yurun which mainly produce meat products for normal population and high level consumers, I experienced in food product process from raw meat materials, cold process room, cutting area, bacon area, final products area and package area. I also did the product sampling testing analysis in company lab, I gave their stuff a training about analysis methods to improve the wok efficiency from what I learnt from CAU.At the last week, I worked in R&D department to learn how to make a better and high-quality and will be potential popular meat product and learn its basis knowledge.
