Working alongside the HR Director (UK) from Landmark’s parent company, OCS, to implement the HR Strategy.Key Achievements:• Delivered a large-scale HR project to transform HR operations in order to make substantial cost savings and create efficiencies for the HR team and line managers. Managed the tender process, implemented the HR System and as a result created new and more efficient HR processes and workflows enabling the HR department to vastly improve the service and time given to managers and employees.• Managed the integration of a small acquired business with no in-house HR function. I implemented policies and procedures to ensure they were fully compliant with UK employment law, successfully upgraded their benefits package. • Solely delivered a three-part learning & development project, aimed at improving the business’s onboarding experience and employee retention. Over the course of 9 months, I delivered 6-month New Starter Training Plans for two types of client facing roles (accounting for 60% of our workforce) and a more generic plan for Head Office roles. This resulted in a decrease in the percentage of voluntary leavers with less than 6 months’ service year on year by 31%. • Managed multiple large-scale redundancy processes including analysing reasons for redundancy and potential risks to the business, designing scoring matrices, analysing potential TUPE situations, supporting all stakeholders throughout, conducting consultation meetings, supporting managers through selection process, creating and issuing letters to employees, calculating statutory notice and redundancy pay, managing the appeals process. -
