I supervise and lead the training and development of branch associates, manage risks to both clients and the bank, and play a key role in creating and implementing sales and operational strategies. I assisted management with branch operations, financial education, and sales initiatives. As a Centier mentor, I provided on-the-job training for new universal bankers at the frontline and desk.

I supported retail branches across the Southern Michigan Region by performing frontline responsibilities, opening new accounts, and assisting with branch operations. I also compiled and presented operational information to the float team, ensuring that we met our goals and achieved operational success.
