After working on searches for many years with my consulting partner Julie Edsforth, we founded Clover Search Works with a third partner Mary Ellen Cunningham so we could both expand and refine that part of our work. Emily Anthony Consulting helps nonprofit organizations take on challenges that may be new to them such as raising more money, recruiting and training new board members, or creating a strategic vision, so organizations can build their capacity and realize their missions. Projects often include fundraising assessment, planning, and coaching; strategic planning facilitation; and board governance work and retreats. I frequently work in partnership with Edsforth Consulting, and I do Executive Search work through Clover Search Works.

Northwest Nonprofit Notes is a collaboration started in 2013, when Julie Edsforth and I found ourselves wanting to reflect on and share what we were thinking about in our work as nonprofit consultants. We started this online webzine not knowing exactly how it would evolve, and have since published dozens of articles on a wide range of topics, including search and hire, board development, fundraising, strategic planning, leadership, executive transition, and more. We've grown our contributing authors to include a handful of other nonprofit consultants and are committed to maintaining this platform for sharing and learning and growing.
