Oversee all partnerships, press inquiries, marketing/communications and coordination of off site events for Tuscan Italian chef Cesare Casella as well as all travel, appearances, and scheduling. Manage and create all content for @chefcasella social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). Performed human resources and administrative duties to support front of house and back of house management while at Salumeria Rosi and Ristorante Rosi including hiring, payroll, invoice management, purveyor ordering, and catering. Served as the liaison for all customers and VIP clients.

Develop, coordinate, and execute national book launch campaigns for bestselling authors. Responsible for cultivating contacts, placing coverage, and maintaining ongoing interaction with all forms of media outlets (print, broadcast, radio, digital media). Plan and manage book launch events; assist talent at interviews; craft target-specific pitch letters. Regularly monitor print and online news; produce media coverage reports; handle client travel/itineraries; and manage a database of industry appropriate blogs/websites.
