I am a qualified Personal Trainer and a current Nutrition and Dietetics student at Griffith University on the Gold Coast.As a personal trainer, I assist people to adapt their lifestyle to be healthier, fitter, stronger and happier individuals. I work with clients in a gym environment, as well as outdoors by developing training regimes that suit their goals and works towards their achievements. As a student of Dietetics, I hope to one day pair my love of fitness and exercise with my passion for healthy food and cooking. With my degree, I plan to offer customised nutritional plans and training programs to personal clients and sporting teams. I genuinely enjoy my job and look forward to my future prospects as both a fitness trainer and dietitian.
