-Under the direction of the showroom manager, I completed large scale projects and showroom duties including inventory management and ticketing of 5,000+ SKUs worth ~$2M- Assisted in the merchandising and setup of the 28,000 sq. ft. showroom in preparation for biannual International Home Furnishing Shows that generates $XM+ in sales-During market I would provide personal shopping experiences by guiding shoppers through the showroom to highlight trends and provide forecasts for wholesale buyers to drive sales

-Maximizing daily sales plans and providing consistent feedback to empower and motivate my team to drive results.-Through visual decision making skills that align with our brand standards I would maintain a visually inspiring boutique daily. Each month I would assist the manager in executing various visual stories to enhance the buying experience. -Scheduling of team members; perform and supervise boutique opening and closing; handle bank deposits, perform weekly audits, routine cycle counts and an annual physical inventory.

-At the SCERA I was in charge of 200+ youth ranging 6-18 years old. -Taught 6 of the 10 theater classes offered. I taught drama and musical theater skills each day using various activities, lessons and games.-Directed over 18 musicals. -Worked side by side with sound, lighting costume and set designers to create outstanding productions. -Was responsible for the Spring and Holiday reviews for entire Youth Theater program and managed staff to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all 200+ youth as they all performed. -Organized meetings and outings with SCERA Youth theater staff to create a positive and creative environment.

Provided excellent phone support to customers at Emergency Essentials. Issued returns and exchanges over the phone and generated return labels for shipping. Took escalated calls and assisted other agents with difficult situations. Often covered for the manager when he was on vacation which required opening and closing the office.

At PF Chang's China Bistro I greeted all guests upon entering the restaurant and accommodated them by seating them as quickly as possible, while still maintaining an order and rotation for the servers on the floor. Assisted managers directly with function of the restaurant, including inventory and server arrangements. Trained all new hostess hires in a week long course with book discussion, activities and demonstrations. Was given the option to become a National Hostess Trainer.Was integral in creating a professional and friendly atmosphere.
