• Liaison between management and customers to assist in audits and reconciliations• Provide customers with excellent engagement experience when resolving account issues in a timely manner• Train and supervise entry-level associates to ensure daily tasks are completed and quality of work is achieved• Process account adjustments, offsets, small balance write offs, credit memos and monthly statements• Ensure all deductions sent for credit are in compliance• Research validity of claims and resolve variances from short payments, shortages, price protections, freight expenses, returns, pricing and/or co-op• Ensure invoices, chargebacks, and deductions are paid and cleared timely according to aging• Assist in month-end closing by reconciliation of general ledger accounts• Forecast assigned portfolio’s cash flow and collections to meet departmental metrics and goals

• Credit management and creation of marketing, POS rebates, price protection, and shortages• Verify validity of a customer claims by auditing system sales and documents• Credit log management, maintenance, and updates.• Generate monthly third party supplier marketing and rebate credit reports• Reconciliation of open AR statements• Manage timely AR from mainstream networks such as HBO, Showtime, Lifetime, etc.• Electronic cash application and provide daily cash log to management• Creating invoices and credits for price protection, returns, pricing and shortage claims• Generating daily receipt reports for cash transactions and monthly receipt deposit reports for reconciliation• Manage manual invoices for non-electronic customer
