At 7 Brew, I greet customers and assist them with product questions while also offering suggestions to match their selection. A highlight of this job is interacting with customers as they arrive/leave the business to ensure a positive experience and increase sales volume. I train other baristas on customer service initiatives as well as effective coffee creation techniques. I have worked at a stand in Arkansas, as well as assisted opening three different stands in Kansas. Due to my consistent and reliable involvement, I was promoted to a shift lead position to oversee my peers. As a shift lead, I effectively aid in maintaining clean/organized workspaces, organize daily tasks for scheduled staff, open and close the registers, and count tips and cash drawers to ensure the amount is accurate each day.
