Example specific deliverables and projects include:- Internal change management project to embed Global business processes into recently acquired local business unit: Led the process adaption development – requiring multiple stakeholders to be managed and aligned throughout the process – delivered the sell in of the proposal to senior management, followed by subsequent engagement meetings with all affected staff to embed changes within the organisation. Responsible for facilitating the new monthly cycle meetings for 8 months thereafter.- Extensive range optimisation recommendation for portfolio of >150 products spanning multiple sub-categories across different merchandising channels: Led the performance review of an underperforming brand across multiple retailers within critical growing market segment. Challenged with optimizing the range through rationalisation of individual products and identification of those with greatest potential. Recommendation resulted in simplifying range by 20% whilst identifying a £4-5M incremental opportunity (representing +10% value sales growth if realised).- Campaign development based on Global product upgrade for local market activation: Development of all Healthcare Professional (HCP) facing materials based on new creative idea, which really challenged the status-quo within the category. Responsible for the full deployment plan and sell in to U.K. sales team, involving meetings across multiple sites and Head Office engagement plan.- Business communication strategy development for local SME: Developed strategic marketing recommendation for this new business (2.5 years in) comprising extensive review of activity to date, communication strategy, message house development and alignment with materials and collateral and media schedule development for the client.
