Temporary contract to support the K&S Strategy team in a busy period of transition post-pandemic, making the leap to a B Corp Business model and bringing on new team members to support company growth.While in the role, I supported the team on a number of key client projects, chaired a webinar exploring Challenger Thinking for legacy brands, alongside Strategy Director Sophie Cowles, and Grace Astari, Creative Lead for Global Innovation at Diageo. I gave a talk to external collaborators about 'Creative Inspiration' in an agency setting, which was very well received. K&S were an absolute pleasure to work with.

What began as a small event series grew into a funded student-led project aimed at connecting creatives in Cornwall, boosting local economy and creativity as well as graduate retention in the SW. Highly commended in the Creative Conscience Awards 2019. (Service design, exhibition design, event planning & workshop design).Delivered in partnership with Cultivator Cornwall and supported by the European Regional Development Fund, Arts Council England and Cornwall Council.

Produced, facilitated and co-hosted the first fully digital Cornwall Design Festival during lockdown 2021, exploring 'The Anatomy of Design' through cross disciplinary talks, workshops, Crit clubs, prompts and performances.As a small team of 2, we worked to produce a varied series 14 events across the online festival. With almost 300 attendees (and the majority of those attending multiple events), we engaged with a broad spectrum of creative practitioners and facilitated truly interdisciplinary discussions, with demonstrable impact.Alongside this, we ran an open-call creative residency programme, to guide three practitioners through a practical research project exploring multi sensory creative practice and cross-disciplinary collaboration, with a series of guest lectures, peer-led crits and a final event to present their work(s) to the public.This festival was funded by Cultivator Cornwall, ERDF, Cornwall Council and Arts Council England.

'What happens when an Innovation Designer is let loose in the BBC archive? The Sonosynthesiser is an exciting prototype that explores how forgotten sound recordings can be embedded in physical space, allowing users to explore a unique audio history.' - BBC ArtsI worked to a set budget to propose, design and deliver an ambitious interactive media installation, allowing users to explore the astounding BBC SFX archive in a new and innovative way.
