I built complex financial models in Microsoft Excel to forecast clients' revenues, expenses, capital planning expenditures, and financial metric targets while incorporating customer demand and rate projections to achieve clients' policy and pricing objectives. I also prepared reports summarizing projects' results and wrote competitive project proposals for business development purposes

I mentored four community college students interested in transferring to UC Berkeley. Through weekly email correspondence, I covered such topics as acclimating to Cal's rigorous academics, getting involved on campus, how to find housing, etc. Based upon my mentees' personal interests, majors, and backgrounds, I researched different campus organizations and resources in order to best meet their needs.

Across the span of three semesters, I worked as a Student Assistant in seven sections of Education 198: Transitioning to Cal. This is a class geared toward first-semester transfer students and is crafted to equip them with the knowledge they need to survive and thrive at Cal. My role involved taking class attendance, sharing my own experiences, tips, and recommendations with students, presenting weekly announcements in class and distributing them via email, and participating in weekly meetings with the Education 198 team. I also met one-on-one with transfer students who were struggling in the economics major and helped them create a study plan to help them succeed.In May 2019, I was one of five students selected from the Transfer Student Center's staff to travel and speak to newly-admitted transfer students. I presented on a student panel to crowds of 500+ about life as a transfer student at UC Berkeley and spoke one-on-one with parents and students about my own experiences and recommendations for life at Cal.

I worked on the creation and implementation of multiple workforce development programs teaching topics such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and college and career preparation to over 35 high schoolers. My responsibilities included curriculum-planning, delivering educational presentations to students, and collaborating heavily with a team of six other interns.

I oversaw classrooms of approximately 10 children with ages ranging from 18 months to 4 years old. I supervised indoor/outdoor play, prepared snacks, and maintained a secure check in/out process for parent pick up.

As President of AGS, I led a team of approximately 15 co-officers and coordinators in oversight of the club's finances, fundraising, events, points system for membership, and website. I presided over weekly informational and social meetings of approximately 80+ members and collaborated closely with my faculty advisors to oversee the club's registration process and to request performance feedback. I also addressed club members' questions, comments, and concerns via email in a timely manner.

As Vice President of AGS, I planned and executed our chapter's Teacher/Staff Appreciation Dinner to honor the faculty and staff of West Valley College. I solicited donations for raffle prizes from local businesses, organized volunteers for decorations/set-up/tear down, acted as emcee for the night, and coordinated a potluck dinner for 80+ students, faculty, and staff.

As Points Secretary of AGS, I collected proof of club fundraising, meeting attendance, and community service hours from club members and tracked their points in order to bestow transcript credit for club membership. I kept organized records in hardcopy and on Microsoft Excel of members' progress throughout the semester and delivered the completed files to my faculty supervisors upon completion of the semester.
