Collaborative team worker with experience in the dealer management services field for over 11 years, with 8 years specializing in the accounting and report building spaces. Selected to work on new product as subject matter expert in accounting which led to further opportunity to use coding and mapping to automate reporting functions. Attentive to detail in setups and data verification to ensure constant flow of accurate information.I'm an inquisitive learner and strive to build great rapport with my internal and external project stakeholders. In my role as Implementation Specialist I was hired without experience in either the automotive or accounting spaces and thrived in learning role and supporting clients. This led the organization to looking for candidates with similar backgrounds. I have been selected to serve on hybrid teams within the organizations to change the processes to provide thorough and expedited service. I stay curious and open to learning new processes and roles to be an active asset within any team.After graduation from Wittenberg I was selected to be a Foreign Language Teaching Assistant in Austria. This 9 month assignment encouraged growth in ways I never imagined, pushing me outside my literal comfort zone. I learned to network with my colleagues and be independent in both manage scheduling schools and day to day functions in a foreign country. I am grateful to have had this experience as it encouraged the core values I would need in my career and life.Outside of office hours, I am an enthusiastic crafter using my problem solving and project management skills to finish projects by pacing and deadlines that are admittedly self-imposed.
