Senior Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist
CurrentDrives tactical and strategic efforts for Marketing Analytics and Operations at Twist Bioscience, which includes defining, optimizing, and documenting systems, automation, process, data models, and reporting in support of Twist’s Global Go-To-Market Team. This includes managing a team of contractors to support Marketing Operations.Leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Commercial Ops, and IT to drive revenue.Directly administers Marketo, Airtable, Groove, LeanData, Demandbase, and Segment and coordinates stakeholders across functional teams to ensure that Sales, Product, and Marketing’s business requirements are also met by SFDC, Tableau, and Snowflake.Additionally responsible for vendor management, new technology evaluations/implementations, creating training resources, and more.
