Performs a combination of tasks to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within facility. Receiving all deliveries and entering the material into SAP for inventory purposes and delivering the materials to the appropriate department(s). Audit outgoing/ incoming kits from manufacturing/ production floor. Update SAP with receipts and inventory pulls daily. Be accountable for and involved in all inventory pulls. Assist periodic physical inventories; organize and readies the warehouse for the counts, assist management in selecting count teams, help resolve problems during the count and liaison with outside auditors. Maintains records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using inventory system to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database. Managing the calibration schedule for all tools requiring periodic calibration. Accounting for all rigging gear, shackles and lifting attachments used at the MPSF. Perform other duties as assigned to support the LCS MPI (Littoral Combat Ship Mission Package Integration) program(s).

Issue parts, tools and equipment to technicians. Receives and stocks parts and tools to ensure proper storage and inventory. Perform cyclical and physical inventories. Charge requested parts against the proper cost centers and programs. Verifies physical counts against computer generated inventory reports. Prepare parts requisitions. Kits and close outs.
