I originally joined Audatex as a Business Analyst, however the position evolved into a Product Owner role. I was responsible for launching and managing a new product for our company portfolio. This product was designed primarily for the rental, fleet and leasing market to provide a repair cost when light damage is sustained during a customer’s rental or lease agreement. Summary of the job role:- Gathering customer's requirements using the documentation template I designed and fedback to internal stakeholders through user stories.- Mapping customer workflow of capturing and invoicing for light damage using swim lane and process flow diagrams to propose appropriate product solution.- Managing key Scrum Agile ceremonies with the development team, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and sprint review.- Managing and prioritising the product backlog based on pipeline forecast and internal product enhancements.- Define product vision and goal by working closely with product management and commercial.- Running quarterly planning workshop with the development squad and project managers to refine project and customer epics in line with the roadmap.- Contributing to commercials to ensure appropriate margin is maintained.- Ensuring regular communication with internal business stakeholders to co-ordinate product enhancements that support the product.

Taking Clinical Trial Protocols to derive requirements for the customers RTSM system requirements. RTSM core purpose is to ensure non-bias randomisation to possible treatment arms and managing the study drug inventory to ensure it is available to the subject prior to their visit to the clinical trial site. Summary of the job role- Gathering and eliciting requirements for complex protocol designs and managing through to UAT.- Running regular requirements meetings with our clients and liaising with our project management, development, and testing teams.- Identifying multiple solutions to a problem and making recommendations to the client based on the platform framework capabilities.- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on several high-profile client accounts.- Working within tight and challenging timelines whilst ensuring a high-quality system design.- Experience with Agile SCRUM and Waterfall Methodologies.- Attending pre-sales meetings to demonstrate RTSM and begin discussions on my interpretation of the protocol and their system design needs.- Follows defined validation processes and produces validated documents for all initiatives.- Facilitates and manages the review and approval of test results, and all SDLC and validation documents.

As an optional part of my university course we could undertake a work placement for one year to gain some valuable work experience in the IT sector before completing our degrees.During my placement my main responsibilities during the year was to configure and maintaining client systems on the GradWeb3 platform. In addition, I also took on the following responsibilities:- Liaising with internal and external clients to gather requirements for their client systems.- Technical support for candidate management team.- Produce several user documentations for both clients and other members of my team on how to use a certain part of the system or configure a section on the system.- Setting up new members of staff on their PC.- Developing in C# 3.0, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.- Using .Net Framework.- Attending conferences to promote GradWeb and the services they offer.
