At EY, I have been working on a Enterprise IT Transformation project for a multi-billion-dollar automotive company. I lead the migration workstream which includes rebuilding regression test suite files for over 700 dealerships and analyzing payment discrepancies between the two vendors in order to ensure the integrity of payments. Previously, I have supported the validation workstream which included leading client calls to understand how car payments are generated for various auto dealerships located across the United States. I then used this information to assist in the creation of dealer specific backend setups and launch each dealership on the online pricing platform. This project requires the regular use of JavaScrip Object Notation (JSON) coding, a regression suite testing tool, and excel. I also have been selected by the team to lead our weekly team meetings. In addition to client facing work, I lead the onboarding process for new team members which consists of a three week training period.

During my time as a substitute teacher, I was able to work with a wide range of students from kindergarteners to high schoolers to those with special needs. While implementing lesson plans and maintaining the continuity in educational objectives, I learned the importance of flexibility and adaptability in order to support the needs of individual students. I was also responsible for managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive atmosphere conducive to learning. Overall, this experience equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, time management techniques and strengthened my leadership skills.

IrishSat is a new club at Notre Dame that participates in NASA's CubeSat Launch Initiative program. As the Director of Business operations, I managed a team of 6 business students that focused on fundraising, accounting and marketing. My responsibilities included running business team meetings, running IrishSat's LinkedIn and Instagram, distributing a monthly newsletter, creating presentations to promote the club to students as well as stakeholders, delegating tasks to various team members and facilitating communication between the business and engineering sides of the organization. During the 2020-2021 academic year we raised $19,000, and during the 2021-2022 academic year we raised $32,000. This money was used to fund the various projects conducted by the engineering team.

I had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from consulting professionals while on a financial planning & analysis transformation and allocations simplification engagement for a large aerospace and defense client. My responsibilities included working extensively in PowerPoint, providing weekly status reports, recording notes for client meetings, and researching financial planning & analysis best practices in the aerospace and defense industry to create an internal research repository. I was able to apply and build on my pre-existing knowledge of the aerospace and defense industry through my role as Director of Business Operations at IrishSat at the University of Notre Dame. I also continued to refine my teaming, communication, and analytical skills throughout this experience.

During the summer of 2021, I interned for the Italian American Trade Council(IATC) through Notre Dame's Global Professional Experience program. I developed social media strategies for LinkedIn and TikTok as well as created engaging and consistent posts which advertised IATC events, Italian American stories, and relevant Italian news stories. As a result, LinkedIn post impressions increased by 1,835%, LinkedIn unique visitors increased by 220%, and TikTok engagement rate increased by 17.647%.

During the Spring 2021 semester, I participated in the first ever campus consultant project at Notre Dame. This is an accelerated version of the projects conducted in the consulting division of SIBC. I collaborated with nine peers to develop a consulting plan for a client of Seidler Equity Partners. We recommended for the client to expand regionally, and provided examples of provided examples of potential acquisition candidates, and ancillary channel opportunities

Worked with my peers to develop a marketing plan and strategy to deliver the goals of increasing awareness and growing the Boardroom audience and community. Through the use of social media and word of mouth strategies, we created a grassroots presence on Notre Dame's campus with a key focus on increasing Boardroom newsletter subscribers, social media followers and podcast listeners. As a result, newsletter signups increased by 200% at Notre Dame over the course of three months.

During the summer prior to my first year at Notre Dame, I worked in the accounting division for Clover Management, an investment real estate company. I performed basic accounting procedures related to book keeping for individual real estate properties. I worked extensively with Excel and General Ledger Software to automate the company's financials.
