The evolution of my role at Château des Charmes has been equal parts challenging and rewarding. I have taken on additional responsibilities including, but not limited to, media and public relations, social media and web management as well as the coordination and dissemination of marketing tools and collateral. I am very proud to share that I was integral in the design and execution of the brand-new Château des Charmes website (launched August, 2019) as well as participating in the branding and design of our new line of ‘Atelier’ wines and a refresh of our Estate Grown & Bottled wines, conducted by our very talented creative firm, Kitestring. Each day my main goal is to create an environment where guests can have the best possible experience when visiting or experiencing Château des Charmes. I am dedicated to creating memories and positive brand equity with each interaction.

As of June 2013, my role evolved to focus predominantly on growing, monitoring and coordinating the social media presence including Facebook and Twitter accounts totaling over 4500+ Friends and Followers.

The role of the Centre for the Arts’ Dance Animator was to work with the Marketing and Sales Manager to increase the public’s awareness and appreciation of dance through arts education/learning programs, marketing initiatives, networking and communications strategies. These programs are to be tailor made to each local community and relevant within the context of existing events in the community and specifically the dance community.In this role I: • Assisted the presenter in the development of dance outreach activities/programs• Compiled and manage a comprehensive database of the dance community in Niagara• Communicated with the dance community including local dance studios, instructors and students as well as local dance enthusiasts via e-mail and social media channels• Located and coordinated appropriate venues for dance outreach activities/programs• Liaised with Education Coordinators, Tour Managers and Artistic Directors• Attended dance performances and outreach events as an ambassador of the CFTA, taking archival photos and speaking with participants and patrons

I am honored to have worked at Stratus Winery, the first LEED Certified building in Canada and the only LEED Certified Winery in the world. In this role I gained valuable experience as Volunteer Coordinator for the Icewine Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake in January 2010, 2011 and 2012.
