My degree in English teaching has proven invaluable in my career thus far because it allows me to see things both from an analytical perspective as well as the creative. I enjoy making things visually appealing and professional, as I believe it aids in representing the overall mission of the University of Utah.As the website services program manager for the Content Management and Usability Team in UIT, I work primarily with our clients. I manage a variety of requests ranging from the day-to-day updates, to troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating complete website redesigns. I feel that I relate well to our clients largely because I used to be one of them. I can help translate concepts and ideas to well-thought-out designs and how best to implement them.
