Graphic Designer & Video Specialist is responsible for creative concept, design, and production of high-quality creative within TBI. Collaborates with Sr. Creative Manager and Video Production Manager to create innovative concepts aligning with TBI’s strategic objectives. Focusing on 'To' and 'Through' Channel nuances to design targeted assets across multiple media types. Understands and adheres to corporate brand guidelines, including design and video elements, while adhering to project timelines. Uses natural eye for design and passion to deliver dynamic ideas to connect with any audience.

Design digital, print, and branding work. Responsible for the creative development of campaigns, one-off emails, events, videos, and social media. Research and pitch new tools. Collaborate with Marketing team members to conceptually storyboard, and visually display ideas. Additional Roles:- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy- Copy-write and create social media assets- Track and analyze social media campaigns- Produce reporting for Marketing, Executive teams, and Vendors- Manage Vendor outreach and social campaigns- Collaborate with Video team and edit video content

Jr. Graphic Designers work within the Marketing department, whose function is to generate prospective partners and sales. They are responsible for assisting with the design and production of various digital, print and video Marketing initiatives.

Provide quality handcrafted beverages, connect with customers, maintain a clean work space, anticipate customer and store needs, contribute to a positive team environment, assist with new partner training, and maintain regular punctual attendance.

Shadow designers and design process, gather research information, gain skills in various Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), fulfill design tasks and assignments.
