Create and own the solution design document used to understand the business need, functional specifications, documents the product fit, modelling approach, data sources and transformations identifies gaps and constraints, and recommends the technical implementation approach. Provide technical oversight of implementation projects to ensure alignment with applications architecture. Deliver presentations, conduct requirements-gathering workshops to lead customers through solution design.Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in our product offering and engagement methodology. Influence the engineering and product management teams on issues that may affect the product.
