An ACE Team Member serves as a point of contact for team members' experiences during employee outings, fundraising events, sponsored community events, and high-impact community initiatives. 2021 started my journey as an ONB Culture Champion to act as an advocate to help evolve and strengthen our company's culture. A Culture Champion serves as a brand ambassador to team members by demonstrating our Mission, Vision, Values, and Leadership Principles. Based on my leadership, community volunteerism, and commitment to our clients, I was honored with the 2021 ONE Vision CEO Award. Each year, one team member is selected to receive the ONE Vision CEO Award. This annual award honors a team member who demonstrates a truly exceptional representation of ONB valuesI get so much gratification from building relationships in our community through my volunteer efforts. Starting in 2019, I have been able to volunteer with the Kentucky Humane Society for various extraordinary events. In 2021 & 2022, I partnered with the KHS Development Team and was on the Tuxes & Tails Committee. In 2020, I found a passion for providing financial literacy and mentorship to low-income, at-risk individuals to help improve their standard of living. Since then, I have been working with A Hand Up Community Resource Center, a local non-profit organization that addresses the urgent financial needs of low-income workers, on their financial empowerment initiative. In 2022, I became a Board Member for AHUCRC while also continuing my support as an Impact Coach. As a Financial Literacy Instructor for ONB, together, we hope to effectively build confidence around financial knowledge, skills, and resources to reach goals.
