Senior Client Relationship Manager
Current- Primary contact for high profile accounts, responsible for client satisfaction and retention through daily communication, tracking quality measures and maintaining contractual service level agreements
- Utilizes data management systems including SharePoint, Service Now, multiple Remedy Tracking systems and other databases for inquiries, inventory, job releases and reporting of client data
- Collaborates with Sales and Development Solutions for onboarding clients ensuring timely actions and responses across teams. Effectively acting as project manager for continual improvement projects
- Analyzes and reports client production data to author and present quarterly operational business reviews
