• Led cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, marketers, business analysts and designers through product development from concept to the start of production of professional passive wood-box speakers, brackets.
• Collaborated with internal and external global partners in China and Taiwan to manage engineering design, quoting, and manufacturing of multiple products and variants through the development cycle.
