- Managed and motivated the team of Iress Community forum moderators, and grew the team from three moderators in Australia to 12 across Australia and the UK.- Built and distributed the monthly global Iress Community newsletter to all subscribers, and made changes which increased the open click rate and readership since taking on the responsibility. - Successfully collaborated with the global team leads to launch the new Community and Learning space on the Iress HQ and implemented new best practice support processes for the wider business to follow, which was presented in a company-wide All Hands.- Supported the Operations function to review existing processes for the Iress Community and Iress Learning Centre, and collaborated with stakeholders on content, data and user experience projects which improved clients' ability to self-service.- Assisted Sydney's Communications & Marketing team with all local corporate events in Melbourne, including a number of key events such as the CEO's first Town Hall, the Annual General Meeting and a Fund Manager event which saved costs and improved efficiencies.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Participated in my first Global Hackathon and my team won the Innovative Category in the APAC region and the Global Finals.- Led the Melbourne office's Sports & Social committee by growing the team of one to a diverse team of seven, and managed over eight events including the EOFY Party, Trivia Night, Bring Your Kids To Work Day and World Pancake Day.- Volunteered at Foodbank Victoria with six other colleagues and helped pack 14,216 meals.- Received a certificate of completion for Introduction to Online Community Management with Udemy.

- Led the implementation of BAU and project-based communications collateral in line with each brand's strategic business plan and successfully contributed to four key projects - the COVAX Working Group, the roll out of new Loyalty Programs, the launch of the 2022 Flu Season flu vaccine pre-orders, and the launch of the new Ethical Partnership Program.- Collaborated with key stakeholders to film and edit video content of the Head of Amcal & Guardian and the Head of Discount Drug Stores for their monthly updates to share with Franchise Partners, producing more than 18 videos.- Implemented a new monthly training podcast for pharmacy teams and produced more than eight episodes which improved the pain point of pharmacy teams not having time to complete training.- Built and managed the weekly newsletters and monthly training newsletters for all six Franchise Partners, and redesigned the templates which improved the newsletter's content, user experience and usefulness to share and receive information.- Successfully collaborated with internal stakeholders to manage the execution of all BAU communications as per the calendars and critical paths, ensuring all communications and collateral were uploaded and shared ahead of schedule.- Managed the maintenance of the Amcal and Guardian World Manager platforms by adding new pharmacies and users, analysing and sharing monthly data reports, and conducting over 30 induction sessions for new users.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- Communications lead for Sigma's COVAX Working Group where my contribution assisted with over 25,400 Australian vaccinations.- Communications lead for the roll out of Amcal, Guardian and Discount Drug Stores' new Loyalty Programs.- Nominated for Sigma Healthcare's 2021 Shine Awards in the second quarter. Shine is Sigma's formal recognition program that empowers staff to nominate colleagues for demonstrating the Sigma value.- Hired a temporary Communication Assistant who directly reported to me in September 2021.
