In particular around the launch of multiple offering across multiple countries in Asia Pacific region.- Management and Launch of the Managed Print offering across Asia Pacific for Fuji Xerox Printers with close collaboration with country team to ensure successful launch and ongoing growth.- Work with sales on MPS and Solutions to prioritize efforts, based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager. - Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.- Ensures that all targets are met for profitable sales growth in multiple product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported. - Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.

The Fuji Xerox Australia Graduate Role was a very benifical learning experience. While combining this with my Pre-Sales role at Fuji Xerox Printers,The Graduate program provided the important skills that one needs when starting in a corporate environment and the skills to excel into a management role.During the program I attended a number of workshops as well as a Capstone project submission. With a focus on the customer experience at all racing locations across NSW.Duties:- Customer Service Supervisor- Cash Handling and Ticket Selling including EFTPOS- Training others and offering help to any new staff- Bank operations with a focus on close of day and cash processing- Supervisory role for new staff during major carnivals in relation to how the EFTPOS system and cash withdrawal service is conducted.

Duties:- Setting up Marketing Campaigns for the Retail Outlet as well as the Scuba Dive Club that is associated with the Snorkel Safari Beverly Hills Store.- Establishing a range of business relationships throughout Australia and Internationally- Office Administration – Including: - Record administration of International Certification of Divers through SSI- Dive Club Organisation, Event coordination and Administration- Market Research, Database Compiling, Website and Social Media management- MYOB Retail Management and Stock Management System- Retail Sales of a wide range of equipment for snorkelling, scuba diving and Freediving
