The Apprenticeship Field Consultant (AFC) is a multifaceted role, supporting both employers and Australian Apprentices with promotion and education, engagement and continuity of the Australian Apprenticeship program. This means my job is all about business development and relationship management, supporting Apprentices, Trainees and their Employers across the Ballarat and Central Highlands region.
