Developing strategy as part of a team to design and grow the Middle-Ground Network. A network aiming to create a sense of community for younger mature students at the University of Leeds. Since we started the network last year, it won three University of Leeds Partnership Awards. Key responsibilities:Strategy - I helped design the structure of the network including the name of the network, how the network should grow, who the network should be targeted to and how we would collect feedback to improve the network. Marketing – I wrote promotional emails, and also used Canva to create and publish Instagram and Facebook social media posts. Event planning and organisation – I conducted risk assessments for network events, liaised with relevant organisers/venues, hosted events and photographed them for promotional uses. I also used Google Forms to create event registration forms and monitor the popularity of events.Teamwork – I attended weekly meetings in-person and on Microsoft Teams, coordinated with colleagues to ensure brand consistency in our marketing.
