I assist guests and support programs while supervising the arcade and cinema within my university. I maintain and ensure all facility and safety standards are being met. I also collaborate with members of the Student Experience team to ensure a quick resolution to any issues or concerns. I have to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining composure and representing my university in a positive and enthusiastic manner. As a student employee under Student Experience, I have gained experience with leadership and event management, interpersonal communication, facility operations, and customer service.
