Managed sales and support for Abbott's bedside diagnostic technology, i-STAT, across the state of Hawaii. Conducted workflow observations and provided data-driven process improvement recommendations for optimizing the blood analysis process in the ED, critical care units, cath lab, OR, and RT departments. Represented the Advisory Board Company in executive boardrooms at leading health care organizations. Through teaching and listening to CEOs and their executive staffs, I mapped institutions' problems and priorities to Advisory Board consulting and best practice research solutions and helped them take the steps toward improvement. I also helped launch new programs and generate new lines of business based on the feedback from across the industry.
