Senior Technical Product Manager, Salesforce
Current• Create technology strategy & vision for the sales portfolio of IT Salesforce solutions that enable the sales & quoting processes.• Own the product roadmaps for Salesforce Sales Cloud & Salesforce CPQ domain, ensuring that product roadmaps are goal oriented,communicate delivery commitments and technical innovations planned for future.• Lead the planning, prioritization, and refinement of the product backlog to deliver the highest value features in close partnership with crossfunctional team of engineers & architects and business stakeholders.• Deliver a new streamlined quoting solution with Salesforce CPQ to the sales team of over 600 sellers to improve user experience and increasespeed of sales.• Manage the work and throughput for a team of 10+ onshore and offshore developers, architects, and quality assurance engineers.• Groom product backlog including writing epics, features, & user stories with measurable success acceptance criteria.• Lead product demos, testing and feedback sessions as needed with end users in sales.• Monitor work orders, bugs & known issues to identify trends and prioritize fixes for assigned domain.• Ensure alignment of Salesforce resources with strategic IT objectives, through cross-departmental collaboration & utilization of Agile methodologies & Azure Devops for story & task management.
