As an Operations Training Specialist at RiverTech, an Akima Company, I leverage my military background and computer science education to design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging training programs for employees and clients. With over 10 years of experience in the Air Force, I have honed my skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, which I apply to my current role. I am passionate about improving the performance and productivity of the organization and its stakeholders, as well as enhancing the learning experience and outcomes of the trainees. I am also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Project Management, which will enable me to further advance my career and contribute to the mission and vision of RiverTech.
