With over seven years of work experience in human resources and education, I am passionate about helping people develop their skills, achieve their goals, and thrive in their careers. As a Methodology Teacher and Responsible Administratif at Student Academy, I apply my expertise in HR topics and strategic decisions to organize, coordinate, and lead the team's work. I also teach uni students how to be more efficient and successful during their cursus, and provide them with tips, tricks, and motivation. I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation, and I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment for my students and colleagues.Before joining Student Academy, I was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ManpowerGroup, where I attracted, selected, and hired the best talents for internal positions, from middle to top management. I was also involved in various talent management projects, such as launching and managing the career website, building onboarding guides, setting up a mentoring program, and participating in the group's diversity workshop. I used my skills in recruiting, communication, employer branding, and HR communication to deliver high-quality results and enhance the employee experience. I worked in French and Dutch, and reported to the HR & Legal Director BeLux.
