Current-Review credit files to ensure file/documentation accuracy and compliance with NCUA guidelines.-Review credit memo for completeness and outstanding credit conditions.-Review loan documents and attorney prepared documents for accuracy.-Order environmental report, property search, flood search, credit check and appraisal in accordance with approved conditions and requirements of loan.-Perform clear-to-schedule process which includes preparing closing checklist; order and review loan documentation for accuracy; ensure that wires are processed in a timely manner and/or funds are posted to the appropriate general ledger; stamp; inform lender of any outstanding items.-Ensure that all appropriate fees, including but not limited to origination, underwriting, documentation preparation, are charged to and collected from the member.-Support relationship interaction with title companies, insurance agents, attorneys, etc.-Contact applicants and other applicable parties to obtain all necessary documentation for loan and/or membership.-Review underlying documentation on abstract title reports and determine any required endorsements needed on collateral property by addressing all items to determine their effect on the lien status of the credit union and coordinate any required resolution to perfect credit union security interest.-Prepare closing agent lender's instructions for document preparation and complete all necessary tasks prior to drawing documents.-Maintain a strong understanding of and ensure compliance to federal and state regulations and regulatory requirements pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
