I was first bitten by the writing bug at the age of 7 when I wrote, directed and produced my first play, raising a grand total of £36 for Great Ormond Street in the process (I still have the thank you letter!).In the years between then and now, I did an English degree at Cambridge, worked in publishing for a few years, and then launched my own copywriting agency, Write My Site, which I ran for 16 years. During this time, I started delivering copywriting training for BrightonSEO, the world’s largest search conference.I’ve been a freelance copywriting trainer and consultant since August 2022, helping my clients learn the skills to communicate effectively through the written word.
