Responsible for quickly and creatively fulfilling archive requests for both photo and video needs from internal and external partners. Ensures widespread proper usage of the university's most up-to-date videos and photos, and inputs all new photo and video work on to SCAD servers while assessing naming and metadata conventions to allow for optimal search-ability. Provides file naming and metadata information to photographers on all current photography jobs. Works to integrate images from the film archive onto the current digital photography archive while also fulfilling archive requests of film negatives and photographs.

My main responsibilities included processing Reference, Condition, and Special Events images and applying the appropriate metadata through the use of Adobe Bridge, Adobe Lightroom, and TMS (The Museum System). I also assisted with the implementation of Piction, a Digital Asset Management system, to the Museum's digital assets workflow.

For a full year, I worked on a pilot project to digitize the ASU Art Museum's Print Collection through the Windgate Curatorial Assistant internship to gauge the time, equipment, and capabilities needed to be able to digitize the museum's entire permanent collection. I also developed a workflow process binder based off of the Library of Congress's digital workflow process for future use at the Museum on the process of digitizing pieces in the collection.

Helped develop an Escape the Museum event alongside Museum Hack at the ASU Art Museum to help boost ASU student engagement and attendance at the museum. Other duties included research for upcoming exhibitions and preparing and helping with weekly and monthly family programs.

As a Creative Fellow, I helped Herberger underclassmen, specifically first year freshmen, in their future creative careers by planning intentional, original, and creative programs designed to enhance their college experience as well as prepare them for their academic futures. In this position, I have also developed several full program proposals for an initiatives and programs that I want to implement at ASU.

As a Desk Assistant at the Arcadia Residential Community dorm, I was responsible for answering questions about the Residential College community, managing the keys for the entire complex, and responding calmly and quickly to high-stress, important security issues that would arise in the complex.
