• Review or prepare consolidated daily, weekly and monthly reports utilizing KPI’s to ensure multiple goals for each practice or specialty are met consistently, including Production, A/R, and expense or budgeting targets• Meets with owner doctor, CFO and C-level management to analyze weekly practice performance and implement strategy to achieve the desired financial results• Train and develop Team Leaders in multiple locations, conduct weekly meetings, review KPI’s, scorecards, and other targeted goals with Team Leaders • Works directly with doctors and staff to improve efficiency in the clinical process and overall patient care, which translates to increased revenue• Present treatment case information and process to patients along with treating doctor to ensure patient understanding and effectively eliminate objections to case acceptance• Recruit, interview and negotiate employment contracts for doctors, clinical staff, front office and practice managers• Coach doctors in the use of efficient procedures and use of time to increase production in a multi-operatory environment • Train and coach hygiene staff to educate patients regarding required treatment• Works with insurance and financial coordinators setting and maintaining collection goals• Consult with patients regarding financial options, treatment fees and other available options to increase large case acceptance rates• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and other contract or temporary staff to provide coverage for multiple offices with more than one specialty • Work with practice staff to ensure in office specialty referrals are scheduled and follows ups are made in order for patients receive comprehensive care• Increase patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs
