With improved sense of purpose, direction and support, the branch culture shifted to one of losing to retaining and winning new accounts. Finally, through my Collaborative Innovator, I saved a failing relationship of a once $4 Million account to $6 Million with improved gross margins from 18% to 24%. This was accomplished by working closely with key customer personnel by collaborating with them to determine an innovative supply arrangement, which created a renewed confidence in the customer relationship resulting in rapid sales growth.
