I spent 3 years in Marketing developing relationships with agents, assisting the field representatives, administering agency files, and communicating company changes.After transferring to Claims, I used my management, insurance and company experience to hire, train, support and develop Claims CSRs to handle incoming calls and to develop their own insurance knowledge and understanding.
