I facilitated significant expansions of the Honors Program, created essential resources like the Admissions Guidebook and Manual, and oversaw and help found the creation of the Admissions Internship Positions. I led mentorship initiatives for junior staff development, including data analysis training and CRM- Salesforce Training. I taught Excel Classes to both Junior and Senior Staff to assist in their knowledge of Power Query for Desktop and more complex Excel functions.
