My primary areas of focus include assisting clients with large discretionary incentive projects, including headquarters relocation projects and site selection assistance. In addition, I assist companies with securing and compliance with state statutory tax credit programs. I also have a broad range of experience in providing valuable solutions to clients in other areas of state and local tax, including income, franchise, property, payroll, sales/use and unclaimed property guidance.

While at Arthur Andersen, my primary responsibilities were to apply audit knowledge and techniques to clients within the telecommunications, manufacturing and oil and gas industries. I also gained exposure to the entire audit cycle of a Fortune 100 telecommunications client, and I provided client service by identifying significant audit risks and recommending internal control procedures to mitigate these risks.
