Senior Operations Director
CurrentManage the entire product lifecycle in the South Pacific Region for Natural Habitat Adventures. Responsible for trip revenue, profitability, growth, sales presentations, guest satisfaction, partner relations, logistical planning, emergency response, marketing accuracy, and all other operational oversight.• Develop product with a focus on value; assessed business needs to create product that added $2 million in revenue in 2024, exceeding revenue projections• Supported the Sales team to generate revenue 7.2 million dollars in revenue, which is $500k over projections for the region I manage• Create and regularly present product overview presentations to 150+ people, including the CEO, VP of Sales, CFO, and Operations Leads• Develop and manage over 50 partner relationships globally, fostering authentic collaboration and trust• Oversee and manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery, encompassing extensive research, itinerary and partner development, contract negotiation, trip pricing strategies, growth projections, and inventory management• Implement continuous improvement strategies based on client feedback, resulting in significant revenue growth across key destinations• Lead training sessions on custom internal software with live demos and walkthroughs• Maintain average client satisfaction scores of 9.49 on all products• Negotiate terms of service and rates with partners, ranging from large corporate entities to small local businesses.
