The Manufacturing Management Program is a 2-year rotational program of accelerated career growth through hands-on learning and diverse experiences. Forming tomorrow's leaders. Half of my first rotation was spent working with the Operational Transformation (Lean) Team to help implement Lean manufacturing at the facility in Trenton, TN. As a member of this team, I implemented a Job Safety Analysis program throughout the Trenton Facility, reorganized the intake of outside operations, and completed multiple 5S events. The second half was spent leading Trenton's EHS team to make the facility a safer and healthier environment for all team members. This position included completing Job Safety Risk Assessments, implementing machine guarding changes, incident management, corrective action management, PPE assessment, and supporting a culture change. The first half of my second rotation was spent with MacLean-Fogg's corporate EHS team supporting MacLean's facilities while working to develop training tools, implement process conformations, facilitate Safety Basics classes, and conduct Job Safety Risk Assessments. My final six-month rotation took place at MacLean Power Systems in York, SC. At MPS York I had the opportunity to manage the day to day EHS activities while the facility was between EHS Managers, train the new EHS Manager on MacLean-Fogg's EHS System, implement a Job Safety Risk Assessment Program, and develop/manage activities related to COVID-19.

This involved working with a technical lead to generate the stream, inputting current costs in each stream, and helping analyze the stream to determine ways to take cost out.• Worked with the team to qualify a part for a new piece of technology.
