These youth are now entering into the community capable of managing obstacles and opportunities as they arise. Our three dimensional ecosystem model tackles complex system level challenges that girls, boys and particularly vulnerable rural youth face. Our three areas of focus are: Girls’ Advancement (Boy Inclusion), Accelerated Classroom Learning, and Youth Leadership, Job Readiness and Entrepreneurship programs. Foundational to all areas is Community and Parental Engagement, Teacher’s Training and Community Reinvestment |Pay It Forward. We actively align and partner with government organizations at every level. We have deep program activity in 4 Tanzania regions and 15 Kenya Counties with seeds planted in several additional regions|counties ( 11 TZ |28 KE) and partnerships developing in Uganda and Rwanda. We are passionate about grooming the next generation of though leaders, innovators, leaders and change agents - in Africa and globally.
