Operations Specialist
Current· Daily operational support within a financial office setting for a team of 10+ advisors· Provide exemplary client service experience through proactive, courteous, and professionalcommunication· Perform account maintenance and financial transactions· Ensure the quarterly preparation and billing of complex client invoices in compliance with firmpolicy· Prepare, analyze, and review data reports· Assist advisors with adopting and implementing new technological platforms and processes· Handle incoming calls, schedule review meetings, company events, and advisor travelaccomodations· Demonstrate proficiency on multiple custodial account platforms and their respectiveprocedures· Assemble and distribute marketing material to client and advisor prospect databases· Update and manage company website and social media content· Record and archive all correspondence, paperwork, and client communication in accordancewith compliance requirements· Maintain and order supplies· Various other tasks and projects as assigned
