• Implement HR Practitioners on ADP’s Enhanced Talent Suite (ETS) comprised of Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System, Performance Dashboard, Compensation Dashboard, Data Cloud Analytics, and Voice of the Employee (Survey Tool)• Consult on strategic Recruitment best practices including crafting Job Descriptions, creation of Requisitions, reviewing resumes, creating knockout questions to screen candidates, and customizing career pages to assist with branding to attract the highest quality candidates • Discuss and setup various performance reviews including Annual, New Hire, Performance Improvement Plans, Disciplinary Action, and other types of reviews with clients. Probe to understand client needs, and consider components such as Questions (KPIs), Goals, and Competencies (KSAOs)• Flex by working with both TotalSource, and Comprehensive Services clients with 100% NPS. Chosen to work on many Key Accounts and handle escalations when needed• Actively set an example to the team on how to manage cases by presenting and sharing best practices• Assisted with onboarding new hires (17 new hires to date), and act as the site leader to give guidance to new and current associates• Mentor to five associates on the team including coaching, shadowing, and providing advice• Led pilot for New Sales TotalSource campaign, and provided feedback on process to leadership resulting in a more streamlined, and efficient implementation for clients based on timing and automation with Salesforce• Chosen to lead Next Gen project to test and give feedback on the technology, and to help review business processes• Partner with ADP Relationship Managers, HR Business Partners, Project Managers, Payroll Advisors, and Implementation teams Received Hello Greatness award for top performance, teamwork and leadership - August 2022
