I am a multi-faceted member of any team I join, with proficiency in team leadership, communications, project management, customer/client service and creative problem solving. Some of my past job titles include: Assistant Manager of Operations, Navigator – Youth in Transition, Employment Support Specialist, Program Facilitator, Job Coach and Project Lead.Throughout my career I have been able to gain experience working with many diverse populations commonly facing barriers to equitable opportunities such as Indigenous peoples, New Canadians, People with disabilities, low-income communities and individuals with criminal records.
