I started with Spotlight as Customer Support Specialist, providing training to our enterprise and partner level clients, public webinars to our wider audience and support services to all levels of clients.

My role as Customer Service Manager was to onboard all new customers, as well as manage existing customer expectations and happiness when working with Cornerstone Bookkeeping.Part of this role included working with our affiliate accounting firm, now sole owner of Cornerstone Bookeeping, to work on their cloud strategy for their clients, as well as ensure that all Cornerstone clients worked within the process guidelines set by the business.For new customer acquisition part of the role was ensuring I knew about their business processes internally and identify the most appropriate software to ensure we maximised the way we worked together.This also included setting processes the client and their staff could use internally, ensure the software was set-up and ready to use and that all users were trained on how the product worked.For existing customers, I worked with them to change their strategy of how they run their internal business processes to help with time savings and internal efficiencies.I also managed all customer compliments & complaints.

Emily's position as Administration Assistant provided Emily with experience with database management using Access 2008 and webased software, intranet using sharepoint, mail, customer service, client correspondence, organising meetings and providing minutes, filing and reception.

During Emily's time as the Administration Trainee she provided administration support to a team of 8. As a part of Emily's contract, 1 hour per day was allocated to study for her Certificate III and IV, this provided Emily expereince with on-the-job learning and allowed her to obtain her qualifications.
