As the graduate assistant in the Women's Resource Center (WRC), I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating all programming and events as well as owning our digital presence. During my first few months in the role, I developed a theory-based peer mentorship program with the first cohort beginning in Spring 2022 including over 22 participants. I manage a team of student employees and provide opportunities for student growth and development. Other responsibilities include coordinating our annual Giving Day Event, marketing programs through social media. website, and newsletters, reviewing applications for 13+ annual scholarships, presenting for the campus community at outreach events and on gender-related topics, and serving on search committees for university staff positions.

As the Graduate Intern for the ACCESS Scholars Program at the University of Utah, I worked the with Director to manage a cohort of 36+ incoming first-year women majoring in STEM fields. The summer portion of the program is centered around a 3000-level course in the College of Science, culminating in a capstone presentation. I developed and facilitated 4+ major student development events, including a scavenger hunt and mentorship activities. I revamped the ACCESS mentorship program by incorporating mentoring clusters and developing a robust mentor training guide. I managed a team of 4 Teaching Assistants and facilitated 30+ guest lectures. I also designed a three-part resume workshop series that prepared students for laboratory placement during their first year.

Qualtrics Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are highly experienced advocates and strategic thought partners for our highest visibility enterprise customers. TAMs know the platform inside and out and work hand-in-hand with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services to help customer programs expand and succeed. By providing technical expertise, configuration services, and strategic guidance after the point of sale, TAMs drive product adoption and maturation of customer programs. In addition to spearheading client programs, I advance company and team objectives by managing a client escalation team, performing key data analysis, creating technical documentation, and leading product trainings.

Product Specialists are both incredibly technical and client-facing. We are often regarded as the go-to technical experts on all aspects of the Qualtrics platform. The role includes answering technical questions regarding Qualtrics products and providing technical and strategic solutions for both our customers and internal employees. Major projects and highlights of this position include: - Mentorship of new Product Specialists- Expert Certified in Qualtrics Core XM, Customer Experience, and Employee Experience products- Participation in the Quni Special Recruiting Team (QSRT)- Managed site visits for prospective Product Specialists- Owner and facilitator of site visit panel of Qualtrics University alumni- Held over 2,500 client interactions with an excellent customer satisfaction rating (CSAT)- Managing an internal escalation team for a major client

Working with Dr. Rachel Childers to develop and improve designs for a prosthetic hand for a child in the OKC community with Poland’s syndrome, utilizing 3D modeling and printing. This project has been featured on News9, in Sooner Magazine, OU Daily, and various promotional materials for the university. This project is near and dear to my heart and has been a passion project of mine for this past academic year. I am excited to continue and hope to build low-cost prosthetics pro bono for other children.

As a Lead Mentor, I was responsible for designing and delivering instruction on introductory engineering principles for first-year engineering students, as well as managing a group of junior mentors.

Worked with Dr. Rong Gan using Solidworks and ANSYS to develop a 3D-printed model of the inner ear for mechanical testing and medical training practice. This project has involved using CT scans of the human middle ear to generate a model in Solidworks for 3D printing. The model was adjusted, printed, cleaned, and tested with several iterations in order to obtain mechanical properties similar to that of the actual human middle ear. Both scanning laser measurements and uniaxial testing were used to obtain this information.

Assisted office manager with clerical tasks for the college, such as answering telephones, managing applications and meetings, and delivering mail, and designing recruitment material for the college.

Worked with Dr. David Liu by collecting data for theory of mind experiments using EEG and presented a poster at an undergraduate research day.

Designed and conducted experiments with the objective of increasing cell productivity. Improved processes for large-scale upstream manufacturing. Development of cell banks for use in clinical trials.

Prepared buffer solutions and media for use in both upstream and downstream processes. Assisted with inoculation and harvest of CHO cells and E. coli cultured in bioreactors up to 1000 L. Assisted with the extraction and purification of protein from cells for use in clinical trials.
