•Preciball manufactures and distributes precision balls and ball bearings for industries such as automotive, aerospace, ground support equipment, material handling, and oil & gas•Cultivate, break, and saturate government & non-government OEM and wholesale accounts within the USA, Canada, Mexico and Europe while leading a team of 6 sales members•Formulate key relationships with clients and suppliers to drive sales and increase customer retention•Partner directly with client’s engineering, quality, and purchasing teams for product conception, design, and production while maintaining budgetary & DFARS requirements•Effectively coordinate internal onboarding of critical automotive customers to guarantee all timelines, specifications, and promises are met throughout entire FAI and PPAP process•Negotiate high-value contracts with customers and external vendors•Monitor supplier performance scorecards to identify areas of improvement•Develop and track company-wide pricing, sales, and margin targets•Identify and capture new target markets and verticals to increase profitability and business mix•Analyze and model international market trends to optimize product positioning and establish competitive pricing•Maintain inventory risk and costing reports to ensure timely deliveries within margin standards•Spearhead companywide re-brand and develop ground-up marketing strategy to include website development, industry centric campaigns, and increased online presence to attract target audience•Develop Power BI dashboards to track large account performance, active quotes, YOY & YTD sales metrics, and daily production progressAccomplishments:•Current customer retention rate of 98.6%•Implemented annual customer satisfaction survey & ISO KPI. As an Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek, it is my job to fully staff and manage all of the needs for one of our largest clients. This included staffing industries including but not limited to; Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Technical, and Professional Services.
